Outcome Statement: I improved my public speaking skills and ability to present my work to others by participating in weekly meetings and class presentations.

When I initially set this goal for myself, I did not expect getting the opportunity to present in weekly meetings in front of the entire marketing team, COO, and CEO. I have also taken feedback from the mid-quarter check-in with my manager to speak out more during these meetings and suggest ideas. I will also be delivering more intensive presentations encompassing all of my work, but this has not been presented yet.

Each week, I would prepare notes going over the work that I had been doing that week to present to the rest of the marketing team. I would also ask and answer questions relating to what had been shared.
